Anxiety, similarly, is not a character flaw. It is the mind trying to protect you, even when its methods are no longer helpful.

Many of the people I work with arrive having tried to manage stress or anxiety on their own for years. They are intelligent, capable people who are, often, rather good at functioning despite the internal noise. But functioning is not the same as living well.

Hypno-CBT offers a different kind of support. Rather than simply providing coping strategies to manage symptoms, it works with the underlying patterns of thinking and responding that sustain anxiety. Over the course of our work together, most people find that the internal landscape shifts: situations which once felt unbearable become navigable, and then unremarkable.

How the work feels

Sessions are calm, practical, and focused. You will not be asked to relive difficult experiences or push through discomfort. The work is collaborative and, in many cases, clients describe it as one of the most restful hours in their week, even though real change is happening.

Practical
