What Hypno-CBT actually is

Hypno-CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, brings together two well-established approaches: the structured, evidence-based insights of CBT with the deep relaxation and openness that hypnotherapy creates.

Together, they can help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and gently begin to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with persistent stress, a specific fear, or simply the feeling that you’re not quite living as freely as you’d like, this work is built around you.

How we would work together

A free first conversation, then a plan we agree between us.

The first conversation

A relaxed conversation to understand what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to change. No pressure, no commitment.

A plan that fits you

Together we agree on an approach that suits you, your life, and your goals. Most courses of work are between four and eight sessions.

Session by session

Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, you will have simple techniques to practise that reinforce what we work on together.

“Our thoughts can be trained and retrained, gently and reliably, to discover new relationships to life’s changes and challenges, develop new perspectives, new attitudes, new insights and new directions”
