A calm space to understand yourself differently

Hypno-CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, brings together two well-established approaches: the structured, evidence-based insights of CBT with the deep relaxation and openness that hypnotherapy creates.

Together, they can help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck, and gently begin to shift them. Whether you are dealing with persistent stress, a specific fear, or simply the feeling that you are not quite living as freely as you would like, this work is built around you.

Initial Consultation

A relaxed conversation to understand what you are experiencing and what you would like to change. No pressure, no commitment.

Step 02

A Tailored Plan

Together we agree on an approach that suits you, your life, and your goals. Most courses of work are between four and eight sessions.

Step 03

Steady Progress

Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, you will have simple techniques to practise that reinforce what we work on together.
