Relationships & Connection
How we relate to others is shaped, often invisibly, by our beliefs about ourselves.
Format 50–60 minute sessions

Typical course 4 to 8 sessions
People who struggle in relationships are rarely struggling because they lack good intentions. They are usually struggling because patterns learned earlier in life are playing out in ways that are now unhelpful.
This work is not couples therapy. It is individual work that explores your own relationship with communication, confidence, boundaries, and connection. It is for anyone who finds that relating to others, whether colleagues, partners, family members, or friends, brings a level of difficulty or distress that feels disproportionate or hard to explain.
What we work towards
The goal is not to change who you are. It is to help you relate to others from a stronger, more secure internal position, so that relationships feel less draining and more genuinely rewarding.
