A fear of flying, of certain animals, of heights, of social situations, or of anything else that triggers an intense automatic response can have a real effect on daily life.
The good news is that phobias are among the most responsive conditions to Hypno-CBT. Because the fear response is learned, even if it does not feel that way, it can, with the right approach, be unlearned.
A respectful, paced approach
The work does not involve being forced to confront your fear all at once. It is gradual, respectful, and paced entirely around what feels manageable for you. Most people are surprised by how quickly things can shift when the right tools are applied calmly and consistently.

Practical
Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes. Most courses run between four and eight sessions. Online or in person in Barnet.
